PRELIMINARY

Daily - Select this option if you want to backup the ECView

database everyday.

■

Weekly - Select this option if you want to backup the ECView

database once a week.

■

Monthly - Select this option if you want to backup the ECView

database once a month.

3. From the When section, you can choose the time and day for backup of

the ECView database. Depending on the option chosen in the

Frequency section, you will see the following options:

If you have chosen “Daily” in the Frequency section, you will see the

“At” option. Enter a time or use the up and down arrow keys to

select a time in the “At” field.

If you have chosen “Weekly” in the Frequency section, you will see

the “Every” and “At” fields. Select a day of the week in the “Every”

field and enter a time or use the up and down arrow keys to select a

time in the “At” field.

If you have chosen “Monthly” in the Frequency section, you will see

the “Day” and “At” fields. Use the up and down arrow keys to select

a date in the Day field and enter a time or use the up and down

arrow keys to select a time in the “At” field.

4. Click Apply and then OK.
